Private Property Owners
PRIVATE PROPERTY OWNERS
Any time a vehicle, because of its size, requires the temporary removal or trees, mailboxes, or other items owned privately, permission must be secured before the movement. The owner of such private property cannot be required to permit such movement, and the owner may impose different or additional conditions as may seem best to that owner.
